This week we will begin our investigation of the Absolute (like Louis XIV of France at left) Monarchs. We will also discuss the impact of the Enlightenment & Scientific Revolution in Europe. Then we will move on to the problems brewing in Europe and specifically France that would lead to a revolution. We will discuss the many causes of the French Revolution, as well as the strange events that would follow. Towards the end of the week we will discuss the effects of the French Revolution, not just in France, but across the globe, as it led to the rise of Napoleon Bonaparte Friday, November 4, 2011
